🎢 Since 2021 at Wolt I’ve been part of a unique growth journey, DoorDash acquisition, and scaling Wolt Design from 15 to 60+

⭐️ From the ground up I was hired to lead design for building the 3 products that launched our B2B2C last-mile logistics business in 2022.

⭐️ Drove exponential growth I optimized merchant and consumer experiences, scaling the business from 0 to 10M+ deliveries in 28 markets.

⭐️ Shipped business innovation I launched a game-changing, new value proposition for the Wolt app— Delivery as a Service for consumers.

🚀 In 2025 I continue leading initiatives exploring business opportunities in ecommerce logistics, pushing boundaries and driving growth.

The goal was to explore Delivery as a Service as a new Consumer business. I envisioned & shipped peer-to-peer package delivery converting in first 3 months 1% users in Finland with a solid ⭐️ 4.6/5 experience rating.

I led Product Discovery, created clarity on user needs, key opportunities, hypothesis— succeeding at getting buy-in from Product and Design leadership.

I defined Vision, Service flows, crafted prototypes, scoped the MVP, engaged with end-users for co-creation, value proposition validation, and usability testing.

I managed deliverables across 5 designers, supported Engineering (Helsinki, Berlin), facilitated alignment across Business, Product, Operations, through pilot and public releases.

    - Location and Commerce, Nokia Maps (Berlin)
    - Quality Assurance & usability auditing of apps submitted to the Nokia appstore by developers across Europe and Asia.

  • 2011—2014

    As a consultant I collaborated with large enterprises across the Nordics and Germany, for service digitalisation and innovation.

    After the acquisition, I continued as part of the large Accenture Interactive organization, focused on Switzerland and Denmark markets across industries like Finance, Media, Telco, Pharma, and Retail.
